Palmer Environmental
Palmer Environmental Ltd was formed by the merger of the previous companies Reten Acoustics (based in Newport, South Wales) and Palmer Environmental Services (based in Great Yarmouth, England) in 1995.
In 2000, it integrated two further businesses, Wessex Electronics Consultants (based in Hampshire, England) and Fluid Conservation Systems (based in Cincinnati, Ohio, US).
In 2003 Radcom Technologies Ltd became a sister company to Palmer Environmental Ltd. From 2008 the full Palmer and Radcom product range was promoted under the name “Halma Water Management”. In 2010 production of Radcom products moved from Romsey, Essex to the Palmer factory in Cwmbran, South Wales and, later that year Palmer Environmental Ltd officially became HWM-Water Ltd.
Palmer designed the first leak noise correlator in 1979 and we have been pioneering acoustic noise logging and fixed network systems ever since.
Today, the Palmer name can be found on the world leading range of acoustic leak noise loggers, correlators, electronic ground microphones, mobile step testers and pressure control equipment.
