External Battery Pack

HWM’s MultiLog data loggers are designed to perform maintenance free for up to five years before battery replacement. To maintain this during demanding call-in regimes, the logger’s internal battery may be supplemented with a low cost external battery pack.

External Battery Packs can be easily installed and replaced with minimal operational cost via a  simple 4 way milspec connector. This enables the typical five year battery life to be maintained when transmitting data every hour, 30 minutes or 15 minutes.  All other logger components are desgined to achieve the five year life without intervention.
